Exchanges and returns

According to D.Lgs 21/2014, the customer who acts as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract stipulated with MYBESTBAGS.it , without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer or a third party, other than the courier and the designated customer, acquire physical possession of the products.
In case of withdrawal from this contract, all payments made in favor of will be refunded to the customer MYBESTBAGS.it, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the possible choice by the customer of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by MYBESTBAGS.it), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from day on which MYBESTBAGS.it receives the returned goods or the customer has unequivocally demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Within this period, the Customer must communicate to My Best Bags by FLORENCE BAGS s.r.l. the will to withdraw from the contract in one of the following ways:

– by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or any other explicit communication of the decision to withdraw, to the following address / number:

– By writing to the following address e-mail: info@florence-bags.com within 3 (three) working days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, My Best Bags by FLORENCE BAGS s..r.l. will send the Customer, to the email address indicated in the order or in the request for withdrawal, a communication of acceptance of the return.

Within 14 days, the Customer will, at his own expense, ship the carefully packaged product to the following address:

Returned products must be shipped to My Best Bags without undue delay and in any case within 14 (days) from the date on which the customer communicated a My Best Bags its intention to withdraw. The date of mailing or delivery to the courier will be valid. The shipping costs of the returned products will be fully charged to the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
My Best Bags by FLORENCE BAGS s.r.l. will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by My Best Bags. My Best Bags may withhold the refund until it has received the product intact or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever occurs first. The customer will be solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

It is specified that:
1. It is absolutely forbidden to remove seals or labels;
2. The products must be shipped healthy, clean, intact and complete, including any accessories;
3. It is forbidden to use the products for “test” purposes before making the return.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products opened by the consumer, nor to sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection that have been opened after delivery..

They are excluded from the right of return:

– Items washed, used, soiled or damaged.

 

In the event that the customer does not respect the terms for the right of withdrawal and return My Best Bags by FLORENCE BAGS s.r.l will not be required to refund the purchase price of the products to the customer. In the event that the customer has in any case returned these products, can ask at My Best Bags by FLORENCE BAGS s.r.l to return the same items purchased, but with the return costs in full charged to the customer who has violated the rules on the right of withdrawal.
